3	Job card release/Whole Designing And detail designing and preparing parts drawing	Design / Release
4	Order to vendor for raw material requirement or order to customer for arrange	Raw Material Order
5	Received raw Material(casting or bar or block) from customer / outside vender source	Raw Material Inward
6	Checked raw goods and if require prepare pre-machining drawing	Inspection
7	Send it to vendor or in-house conventional shop for pre-machining/part making with drawing	Pre-machining (Conventional Shop)
8	Received it to VMC/CNC shop and checked pre-machining dimension	CNC Shop / Inspection
9	Prepare programme and inspection report with set up sheet and clamping	Programming/Setting
10	Inspect during machining after each programme	In process Inspection
11	After completed VMC/CNC process send it for final inspection	Inspection
12	Send it to conventional shop for Assembly(all part from VMC and conventional and readymade)	Assembly
13	After Assembly completed polished goods	Polishing
14	After polishing and Assembly inspect all thoroughly	Inspection
